12-8 Monday. Sangimignano-Colle Val d’Elsa

Birthday of Pauline !                                          Start at 7 Coffee on the square. Out of the village passing Santa Lucia, Monte Oliveto and  again beautiful vieuws, lot of climbing up and going down and ofcourse BLOODY HOT !! At 12.00 we reached Colle Val d’Elsa and 45 minutes the entrance gate. We had lunch and had a vieuw of the city. The hostel was very modern and clean and was called Rifugio d’Elsa. After shower etc we went to the selfservice wasserette for Hennie’s clothes and again a lot of older men on the square doing blablabla. Before dinner we went up with the elevator to see the other part of the city. Dinner was not so good and after that we slept.                                                                      Today 18 km Total 538
