Breakfast 07.30 good Start walking 08.00.   Out of Amsterdam along the river Amstel. Through Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, Baambrugge, Loenersloot to Loenen aan de Vecht. The same B&B as 3 years ago: very good. After showering etc back to the center of this lovely place to have dinner.    Back in the B&B around 8 and to bed at 9   KM today 31. Total 81
