9-8 Friday. Ponte a Cappiano - San Miniato

Coffee at the square. Start walking at 7. Still a little misty in the fields. At 8 coffee in Fucecchio with a nice stamp. We passed Romes Strata, San Pierino, Casa Altini and at 11.30 we reached the outskirts of San Miniato Basso. A steep walk brought us to San Miniato and we had lunch on a nice terrace. Our hostel was next to the Chiesa San Francesco and very near Torre di Federico. We met Flip from Holland and a nice Italian couple. After the shower we visited the  Cathedrale and at 20.00 we had a pelgrimsdinner with all the Pilgrims in the cloister.                                                     Today 17 km Total 479
